Service Description

What is included: • 1 Balloon column or one 8ft organic balloon garland • Small sweet table for up to 25 guests • Centerpieces & tablecloths for up to 6 tables • Chair covers & chair bows • Paper products for up to 25 guests (cups, plates, silverware, napkins) • Backdrop to match theme • Online RSVP Management • Meet with client via phone/email prior to event to discuss overall vision and theme or last-minute details. • Vendor/venue coordination up to 3 hours (Equipment rental company, DJ, caterer, etc.) *Additional hours are $75/hour • Confirmation of services with all vendors 2 weeks prior to event • Day of set up (typically 2 hours before event)

Cancellation Policy

Initial deposits are deemed earned and are non-refundable. Any requests for cancellation of events or services must be received in writing. Please note the following Execute Your Event, LLC event refund policy: Events cancelled more than 45 days prior to the event are eligible for a 100% refund of the total cost, less the initial deposit and a $100 administrative fee. Events that are rescheduled, will not be subject to the $100 earned administrative fee at the time of rescheduling, insofar as Execute Your Event, LLC has availability to accommodate the requested rescheduled date. Events cancelled between 45 to 15 days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the total cost, calculated less a $100 administrative fee and initial deposit. Events cancelled less than 15 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund.
